Party trapped in a mall (post apocalypse story)

Hi, I've been looking for a story I read (I think on here) a few years back. The premise is that the protagonist goes to a frat party at hotel. There in front of an elevator he and other guests choose one of the floors in which one of 6 parties are being held. The party guests and him soon learn they are trapped and that the world may have ended with the only survivors being those who attended the 6 parties. When trying to escape the party, they find out there is a sprawling mall connected to their building and the story becomes a survivalist story, where groups of party goers formed different factions and fight for supplies and survival.

Some other details I remembered, the author had diagrams drawn for the mall, the mall itself was split into 6 colors, black, white, red, yellow, green, blue and was arranged in a spiral pattern. Each party started at the end of one of the colors if i recall.

I thought it was in the Sci-Fi section but cant be sure

Any help would be much appreciated

It is in the Illustrated category. The title and author are escaping my memory at the moment, however be warned that it is over 100 pages long. (It is in the illustrated section because there are a few diagrams added to explain some of the text).

Thanks a bunch! I must have found that story through looking at hammingbyrd7's other stuff, I've definitely read his stuff before, loved Preacher Man and yeah this it thanks again
