If you want to get the most out of naked twister, you might consider being the board -- A little body paint and maybe a few modifications to the game spinner, and you're insured of a good groping.

If there is an Urban Outiftters near you, they carry playing card packs that detail drinking games and other adult-themed (risque and not) games. About 6 or 7 bucks.

And if it's a non-wild party, Trivial Pursuit, Cranium, and Pictionary are always fun.

i used to have a board game (drinking involved) called Pink Elephant that seemed cool.

of course, there is always the Hide the Salami game.
all the females are nude and blindfolded and they have to guess whose salami is hidden where. hehehe

seriously, try looking at http://www.kinkycards.com and visit the site for party games. you may just find something that you can purchase on line or in a nearby adult store.

I went to a party once and they put the toy items on a tray and people had to memorize the items. The tray was taken away and you had to write down what you remembered. Whomever remembered the most, won.
