The cost of petrol in France is exactly the same as in Germany (1.47€ per litre) and less than in some other countries such as Greece (1.59) and Italy (1.61). Norway is highest (1.71).

It's slightly lower in the UK (1.41) and cheaper again in Spain (1.28).

The cost in France is in line with much of Europe. These people are just having a beano, setting fire to other people's cars because they are assholes.
