But it's not a "public" appearance ... it's completely owned and controlled by the Miss Alaska Pageant, a division of Miss America and, just like Major League Baseball -- the events and images of this event may not be rebroadcast or retransmitted without express written consent.

No, I'm not voting for her, but don't bash YouTube on this one -- Miss Alaska Pageant holds the rights to any video from there and doesn't have to let anyone show it that doesn't have their permission (and likely pay their fees).
