Paintball!

I might have found a new passtime. All the fellas piled into the van today and headed out to the huge outdoor paintball park.

It was pretty funny. We were the only black guys there and the only ones not wearing camouflage getups and sporting the expensive, high tech guns and quick loaders. And guess what? We kicked ass anyway!

Downside: The paint pellets hurt like a motherfucker!

yeah paintball is good exercise, you can let out alot of aggression, *hint* wear a cup or supporter, some people don't respect the unwritten rule of no groin shots.

The park I went to has several different areas. One is fabricated to look like the business district of a small town; stores, bank, post office, etc.

They also have wooded areas, an Incan tomb, a nuclear wasteland and other cool spots.

And they were nice enough to allow free entry today.

The refs tended to be assholes though. I guess you can't expect much from kids making $6 an hour.

Hey....

Sounds like Challenge Park Extreme in Illinois.... Never been there personally, but I hear it rocks. Bill Shattner played there with Mancow over Labor Day weekend in some big charity event.
A buddy of mine got great pics of the action. I personally LOVE Paintball, I've been playing for 12 years, and currently work as a Referee at a field in SE Wisconsin. It' truly is the best time you can have with your clothes on.
