Pain & Tae Bo

Okay, I asked if I could use a kid's yoga video in the mornings with my kiddies. The director says, no, do tae bo instead. So of course, I have to do the tae bo with them. I hurt all over. I have never done tae bo before. I have done it for 3 days now. Today I had to do it 3 times for 3 different groups. I ache.

Yup, I've done it, and it definitely qualifies as painful. Three times through, one after the other, though--that's just nuts. Do you live with a professional masseuse?
