Yep, see them all the time where they dump shitloads of white sand to make a beach swimming area at Dams, Parks and Lakes. I can roll off half a dozen within 30 minutes from me.

Well. Hickory State Park has a beach. It’s real sand and all that. But I wouldn’t call it a beach.
