Over-thinkers Anonymous

I think I belong here, but then again, maybe I'm not cool enough to belong? Will I fit in? Or will I just lurk? Or perhaps, just aimlessly ramble on without making a whole lot of sense to anyone, myself included.

my children refuse to talk to me in the morning ever since I developed that habit of asking them what they want for dinner..
as they're getting ready for breakfast.

I don't "think" constantly
I "plan" constantly
I just have to "plan" what I'm going to "think" next

I used to do this all the time, but I've taught myself to just think for the moment. The problem is I now just overthink the moment.

I am often my own worse enemy *sigh*

I know that feel!
