"BTW the reason I'm knackered is I'm an insomniac."
I have had problems sleeping for awhile now but recently found a natural product that is amazing!

"Kava Kava or just kava is the herb of choice to relax the body and relieve, stress, anxiety, insomnia, tension, PMS, headache, back pain and panic attacks. Kava has been used for three thousand years by the people of the South Pacific for ceremonial, social and medicinal purposes. Kava is now recognized by many doctors as an alternative to drugs like Xanax and Valium. Follow the links below to pages with information on kava and to order online."

Insomnia is a terrible thing, btw Outsider, if your pregnant or breastfeeding you are advised not to use it! :p :)

I hope this helps

Hey thank's I'll have to give that one a try, I never used to suffer from insomnia until about 5 years ago.

I have about a half hour window to get to sleep when I first go to bed and if I'm not asleep by that time then I'll be up almost all night.

And I'll go see the doc first and make sure I'm not in the club before I go buy some of that herbal gear ;)

I've had it off and on for about the last three years, particularly bad at the moment. But I take the Kava Kava before I am ready to go to bed and if I do wake up I feel quite mellow and relaxed so drift off to slepp again. I have not had any side affects at all. Not that I've heard of any with this natural product but people are a bit wary (not that I blame them!) of trying things in case they have side affects. (is it affects or effects? Oh no I've got spelling difficulties mmaybe it's ttthhhee Kava Kava after alll) :p
Let me know If you try it and what you think

I've tried a lot of stuff and there is some stuff that I've tried thats good but the last stuff I had was from the Doctor and it was Baaaad stuff called Amitriptyline and it was fucking awful. it made me sleep ok but I also woke up an hour late for work and could hardly get out of bed cause my arms and legs felt like lead and I could hardly move.

I called in to work told them I had flu and tried to work the shit out of my system by walking around the park for a few hours, I had to force my arms and legs to move and it was still affecting me at dinner time that night.

I flushed the shit down the drain and changed doctors after I'd rang him and told him what a wanker he was.

I'm thinking about trying meditation, I hear it can be really good I'll let you know what happens if I do.

I also use self hypnosis, meditation would be good too :)
That Amitriptyline sounds like really bad stuff!

Your local library would be a god place to get good books from if you don't want to buy the books.

LOL, I like the first one a lot ;) I almost dropped of there.

The second one I'm gonna have a really good look at tomorrow.

Thank you :D
