Joshua had been visiting the local coffee shop not because he liked the coffee though they had good coffee but because of a new worker there. This woman had men hitting on her all day long and though he wanted to date her he figured that having men use pick up lines on her all day that would be the last thing she would want to have come from him.

So after coming in to the shop for awhile he finally got the nerve tonl walk up to her. She looked like she was on break or something to that affect. He walkes up to her and said "hello miss my name is Joshua Mullins and I was wondering if you would like to talk." He hoped that his straightforward approach would benefit him more than using a pick up line.

Mika was working her usually shift at the coffee shop. Once again the day was filled with pick up lines due to her stunning natural beauty. Though no one had any idea that she wasn't even from this planet. Mika began to take her apron off before someone stopped her.

Smiling at the guy, "My name is Mika and sure." He wasn't pushy like all the others. Leading him over to a quiet table near the back of the shop. She took a sip of her coffee. She found him very attractive and wanted to know more about him.

He went with her to the table he was nervous about talking to jer. He didn't really know much about her but he wanted to take her out on a date. "Sorry for bothering you I was hoping we could talk a bit and he to know one another."

"It is okay and relax. I'd love to get to know you."she said. Mika smiled at him hoping he would relax a little. "Tell me about yourself?"she said. Eager to know more about this man.

"What would you like to know about me?" He asked her not wanting tonwaist her time.

Mika smiled as she wanted to know everything she possibly could. "Everything about you."she said. Taking a sip of her coffee before smiling again. "Well as much as you can share in the next fifteen minutes. "she said.

He started to talk to.her telling her everything she wanted to know. He enjoyed talking to her and wanted to keep doing so but soon she had to go back to work.

Mika did have to get back to work sadly. "Come back in three hours, my shift will be done. Then we can go get something to eat and keep talking."she said. Standing up with Joshua before giving him a hug. Pecking his cheek as she pulled away . Smiling before she returned to work.

Joshua spent the three hours shopping around just wasting time so that he could see Mila again. He didn't know what she was going to go eat with him so he didn't go home and change.

The three hours went by fast and soon Mika was done. Grabbing her bag from her locker before she headed out. Looking around for Joshua before she spotted him. Walking over with a smile on her face, giving him a hug. "You pick the place...I'm still new to the city."she said.

"Well what do you like to do?" He asked her hugging her back. He didn't want to choose something he only liked to do or she would get bored.

Mika thought for a moment before smiling. "Ah yes...there is an art studio....plus a small green space."she said. Taking his hand before they headed for the art studio.

Joshua didn't know what a green space was but he followed her to the art studio curious about the green space.

Mika kept Joshua close as they walked around in the museum. Soon taking him to a small outdoor garden...the green space. Taking a seat on the bench. Placing a hand in his as she smiled.

Joshua was nervous and didn't know what they were going to do now or even what to say in this moment.

"Relax...please I want you to enjoy this too."she said. Mika gave his hand a reassuring squeeze before she rested against him. "I like it when you smile."she said.

He smiled and slowly leaned in giving her a kiss on the lips his free hand caressing her cheek as he kissed her the other holding her hand.

Pulling Joshua closer as they kissed, smiling after. Nuzzling his neck before she rested against him before smiling. "Let's get out of here."she said. Smiling as she wanted to spend more time with him.

Joshua nodded wondering where this girl wanted to go next. He didn't have any place specail he could take her.

Mika continued to smile at Joshua before they stood up. Enjoying the art museum before they headed out. "Can we head back to your place?"she asked. Her eyes sparkled as she looked to him.

"Sure we can." Josh answers her wondering why she wanted to go back to his house. He didn't mind it though what was bothering him was the fact that they just met.

Mika sensed he seemed a little off. "Sorry....we don't have to go there if your uncomfortable."she said. Becoming nervous as she didn't want to upset Joshua.

"No it is fine we can go to my place." He answered as he took her hand.

Mika soon smiled and he took her hand and lead the way. Staying close the entire time, "Tell me about one of your favorite places to go in the city? I'm curious as I am still pretty new to the area." Hoping to make some small talk but find out more about Joshua.

He blushed a bit as he was a bit of a nerd his house wasn't full of toys or comics but he did have some collectables in his room as well as a few long boxes filled with comics. "Well ummm.... I guess it is best to find out now but I love sci-fi and nerdy things... I tend to spend some time at the local comic book store." He finally answered her. He didn't know how she would take it.
