Venus sat in the chair. She hated this planet. It was so...so...blue. She longed for the soft green of her homeworld. The peole here didn't live in harmony with the beasts. No dragons, o talking trees, no talking animals period.
Bt she had to admit the guys here where something else. If only I could really meet one,she thought. She looked at her companion. Pire slept in the corner.She frowned. Closing her eyes she focused her mind's eye out. Looking for someone...

Norman gazed at Tamar'Spaceport. From his location all the shuttles and spacecrafts look like tiny toys. He has only been once at the port to wave his sis goodbye to mars. But all those computers and droids there make him frighten.
He shruges and spins around facing the woods before him when he felt a strange presence in his head.

 

[Gateleader]

Venus sat up. She wasin someones mind. She slowly probed. Nrman was he's name. she could tell he was scared. Mentaly she reached out to tell him it was alright. She looked at where he was throught his eyes. It was a spaceport. She wondered what h feared there.

 

[Lunatic]

There it was again. The presence touched him softer this time. Confused Norman looked around. Nothing. Then once more he felt her. Her? He wasnt sure why thought bout the presence as a female. Was someone invading his mind, trying to take control of him? He felt it more than he heard it, a soft whisper spoke to him, trying to calm him. He had heard of ancient stories telling bout alien races using something called mind-speak. But he never met someone to give prove to this stories.

Venus smiled. He was quick. It was rare for someone to feel her that fast. She laughed at his thought's.
~yes,there are races that can read your minds. Don't worry I won't hurt you. My name is Venus,Norman.~
Pire nugged her. she knew he was probing Norman as well. Pire moved away and laid down again. She smiled. Pire had proven that Norman was no threat to her.
~where are you going?~

 

[Lunatic]

Norman frowned as he felt yet another presence touching his mind. But it was gone as quick as it had come. A name emerged from the depths of his brain. "Venus" he whispered. Was that the name of the intruder? Unsure but curious he tried to concentrate but there was nothing. "Bloody moon" he growled "Am i getting mad?" Frustrated he headed off into the woods making his way back home.

Venus smiled. Norman thought he was going mad.She looked over at Pire. "I'm going out."
Venus made herself apper behind Norman.

[Lunatic]

A strange noise filled the silent air and Norman spun around to detect its source. What he saw then made him drop his jaw. Just seconds ago he was sure that he was alone with the only beings miles away at the spaceport. But now there was a small figure standing right behind him. He coudlnt make out any details because of the white hooded robe the person was wearing. Only her hands were visible and they..they were of pale blue !! Norman stumbled one step back. The person stood still all the time, but Norman felt the gazes from beneath the hood all over him. He cleared his throat "Bloody Ash, you really startled me!"
