I’m not sure which other story you are referring to.

The category certainly does seem to make a big difference to the amount of viewings from what I have noticed. Incest stories would certainly would appear to be the most viewed category, and it seems to scale down from there. Ratings too, seem generally lower in some sections. Look at the bdsm top list, the highest voting is rarely above 4.5.
