Oh and Macbeth i got my resolution and everything on large so that may be it and my comps over a year old. only got 13 gigs, win. 98. 450 mhz. but it came with a good CD burner so i get alot of use outa that. lol. :D

I got a 2 year old Pentium III 450, 64 MB RAM, 40 +6 GB Hard drives, 15" monitor, black casing, Logitech Wingman Extreme Digital 3D, Intel PC Delux Camra, 480 watt speakers, Windows ME, Windows 2000, and Windows 98. I don't use 98 though. And I got 30 games, and more coming.

naw but my 15 year old sister actually has a comp as good as yours, but its slow as hell on the internet. Mines friggen speedy compared to it. Now why its like that. i seriously dont know. But I wouldnt trade mine in for hers when ive seen what hers cant do.

So im doing just fine with mine. I also love the games as you may remember from that video game thread i made a while back. Mines holding up so far. which is hard to believe but I know for a fact that soon. My old timer will be inching along with the new games coming out. Hopefully Ill get myself some money and do some upgrading by the time that happens. hehe.

I am only going from what I know, but you might be going faster on the internet because of phone lines.

For example, when I used my familys main phone line to get on the net, it would connect at 22k when I have a 56k modem, now it was like that for both good brain spanky new comp and my old piece of shit (Pentium 150)
But now, I have my own phone line and I have fast connections speeds. So I am thinking the reason why your sister's comp is slow on the internet is because of the phone line she is using.

When and IF I get my ADSL, then I will kick your ass to kingdom kong and back again :D

hey Mack I think your having the same problem Curlygirl had. the pics probably to big in size or something and when your uploading it and it goes to the next screen your thinking it said its gonna be posted but it actually said its to big and thats why its not showing up. The file has to be under 102 k. which is small. :)

looked better as a desktop than an actual picture.

& Mackdaddy thats a cool one man. Though I dont like that the starship and R2 are crashed under water. There the good guys and should be triumphant. hehe. :D Find one that has a cool looking crashed Tie Interceptor and use that one. hehe j/k
