Ouch. (pointless thread)

OUCHIE!

Poor poor Draaah.

It's picks like that that make me happy I don't burn.

I can rub aloe on, lightly and wonderfully.

Ouchie, indeed.

Alex darling, come peel my back, and when you're in need, I'll peel your front. :p

Someone could pee on you, or is that just for jellyfish stings? LOL

Your nipples should be shown for the sake of comparison. Its only fair.

oooooo! Ouchie is right, Draaah...damn, that must hurt!!

The best stuff I've found for taking the sting out of burns is this stuff called Insurance, by California Tan. It's expensive, about $15 to $18 a bottle, but you can find it in beauty supply stores or salons, but it lasts forever. It's blue, has lots of aloe, cucumber, shea butter, and tons of vitamins in it. However, it will turn your skin blue if you use it too much. I discovered it when I fell asleep on the beach in Puerto Rico 5 years ago. I still have scars from that burn.

I'd offer hugs, but I don't think you'd want them in your present state...

Thanks for the tip, Piper!

I'm slathering aloe all over me for now; it really doesn't hurt that much, I just thought the contrast was so alarming.

its not hot enough here for me to have that problem :)

sorry you're in pain draaah

Sunburn is highly unpleasent. I go to great lengths to avoid it.

Damn, you beat me to it!

Hi draaaah! I'm glad it doesn't really hurt that much, it looks ouchy. I burnt the back of my neck yesterday whilst barbecuing hamburgers and hot dogs and swilling beer. I thought it was somehow appropriate. A wife-beater t-shirt would have capped the ensemble off nicely, but I was fresh outta those.

I'm glad you had a fun day. Mine was a blast as well.

Okay, okay, I wasn't really swilling beer either, but bottled water would have ruined the whole redneck vibe I had going.

Well, to be gross and horrifying for a second, I've never burned my neck, but I did have a piece of my shoulder melt. Not just burn, not peel, but the patch of skin actually reached some point of liquidity and drained right of my shoulder leaving a pit where the skin used to be. I didn't go outside for a while after that.

I believe that's what I said draaah, although it was slightly more interspersed with "aaarrghs" and other noises indicating a lack of well-being and contentment.

Just for you, R.

Gentle. Very gentle. And a cool cloth to dab about the dividing line.
We must protect those gems.

Ouch Sillyman!!
