Where we will be staying.

As of 8/14/07 I have set things up with the hotel. It will be $64.36/night and I reserved 15 rooms at that rate. PM me ONLY if you are CERTAIN you are going to attend and I will send you the needed information to book your room.

If the BG and I are able to come (depending on school and work), we will be riding in on the bike if it's not raining.

Also, you might want to see if that hotel will offer group discounts. Or if any others in the area will. I know I sure as hell can't afford a $50 room. PERIOD. Not if I'm going to be eating at any point in the week after going. Too much crap has come down lately.

Considering the price range on most I-Drive hotels I know of, it's likely after.

Wow..knowing the prices of that area, having been there MANY times...$50 a night is a DAMN cheep price...i was expecting more like 80-90 a night, and have paid as much as $250 a night a some places.

I spoke with the people at the hotel this morning. She is sending me the contract then I'll be able to send everyone a phone number and a group confirmation number so you can book your rooms. I've reserved 15 rooms so after those are gone you will have to either look for someone to room with or book another room on your own.

She gave me a group rate of $50 per room per night (a dollar more than originally quoted). . .after taxes and the resort fee the total per room per night will be $64.36.

I'm going to send a pm to all on the list of coming and possible. . .if you have time pm me with a confirmation so I can be sure you get the information.
