Why bother you all don't respond to original thought.

However you do respond to copy and paste.

Maybe if just once you even gave an inkling of a thought about my original post I would stop copy and paste and post my own ideas.

What original thought? The overwhelming majority of your threads are cut & pastes, Todd. After the newbie stage, most people quit reading your threads. Perhaps that's why we don't comment on your original thoughts - we've given up expecting to see one. Try commenting on your cut & pastes, and just linking them instead, like PB suggested.

From what I see, though, the copy & paste posts usually don't get thoughtful answers, but only knee-jerk anti-republican (or anti-whatever) responses to the extremity of the opinion expressed.

i think your copy and paste threads get more replys because they are "infamous" in that they expect them from you and believe you do them to annoy people ... im not saying thats the case though


on the whole i think you will get better and more intresting feedback on the original posts but its upto you as far as im aware theres no rules on which posts you are allowed to post ... your posts dont annoy me i just have to be in right mood to reply/read them ... sometimes i ignore them because im not in the mood to read a long article

I know I look for posts by people I enjoy reading, independent of whether it's in their own thread or someone else's. I rarely start a thread, and when I do, it usually sinks like a rock, but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy great conversations in other threads. No one is keeping points, Todd. Just have fun.

I gave up reading your threads a long time ago. They aggravate me because you have some leaps in logic that really defy gravity. I don't understand how you arrive at, let alone justify some of your political opinions. So I quit cause I like ya.

I get tired of your martyrdom as well. There is no middle ground for you, it seems. You think people either love you or hate you. People who love you respond favorably to your political threads and agree with you and people who hate you are everyone else. What tore it for me was when you posted a thread that bashed your own views that was fully made of dripping, anti-liberal, sarcasm. Instead of bashing yourself, you bashed them with your spin on their views. Then you had the unmitigated gall to go ahead and cry and whine on the board because you pissed off all the democrats/liberals on the board when you were just trying to make them happy.

Your "I try so hard but no one is ever happy with what I post" schtick has gotten extremely old. Maybe you need to pull back from the internet and get some perspective.

You seem to have missed the simple fact that this board is a porn board that's primarily dominated by liberals and athiests. You are not going to post an ultra-right wing christian conservative opinion here that's going to be agreed with or debated. Any opinion that's that far to the right, like yours are, can't be debated because most of it is taken on faith. Just like any opinion that's that far to the left.

I was a little disconcerted to see the same posts elsewhere. I think you should relax, man. You are obviously lonely and very much wish to be liked. This is true of most people here, in some dimension. But you can't force people to show that they like you by agreeing with your very quirky and contentious posts. I would say that people have shown they like you pretty well to this point. But you demand so much reassurance, even as you poke everyone in the face, that you're blowing it....
