Orgasms, mind blowing or just mediocre?

Lately I have been reading posts here refering to how intense certain orgasms are. This has me a bit confused. Is there a mediocre orgasm, an ok orgasm and an omfg orgasm? Are certain orgasms more intense, more satisfying than others? I think that mine are always of the mind-blowing, jaw-slacking, toe-curling, eyelid-fluttering, fist-clenching... need I go on... variety. It doesn't matter if I have 1 or 21 they are always the same. They always surprise and overwhelm me. I have never passed out from one (or more than one) but always imagine I am going to.

For those of you who have orgasms of varying intensities, what is the difference? What makes an orgasm great- position, technique, frame of mind, frequency...?

Am I missing out on something really amazing?

My mood has a lot to do with what type of orgasm I have. If I'm really horny then I usually have the mind blowing ones and, if I'm tired and not really in the mood, I have smaller less potent orgasms if any at all.

I've had some average orgasms and a few intense ones. The intense ones usually occur if I've been bringing myself to the brink of orgasm and then stopping...sort of teasing myself.
