Try timing your own orgasm to single frame shots.

I could get away with stating that--"This shot was taken while I orgasmed," and people would have to take my word for it. But males (and heavy female ejaculators) don't have the luxury of photgraphically faking it and so they have to use video and try to still frame it later. Way too much work for a single person--not to mention that your signif other would prefer to have that orgasm much more privately shared.
