fine you wanted answers here's some (and don't get pissed if you don't like them)
Do you drink a lot before sex, do you do marijuana (or other drugs), are you diabetic? Is this a problem that has just popped up, or is something you've been dealing with for as long as you remeber? if it's new then is the woman you're with new to you? did you have some physical or psychological trauma lately? Are you afraid of getting your partner pregnant, or a disease? Also, if it's new it's something than you should consult with a doctor about it (urologist for physical and psychologist if you think it has roots in an emotional/mental area).
I know--not quite answers but it's a jumping off point for you to figure out what's wrong.
