The ambulance would be a good idea but this is a non emergency hospital there is no ER and no serious life threathening situatons. It's all about patients who come for healing through sexual means.

Also, we have the role of hetero doctor filled, but I have a feeling there won't be any male on male hanky panky going on, so the other doctor may be male as well
