I know a couple of ways it can be done. One of them sounds great, but is something you can't do, and the other one, which is probably what they did, is boring.

The first one involves the insertion of an extremely thin, needle-like electrode into the brain. Injection of a tiny amount of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine may also be involved. The combination of the two can cause someone to orgasm repeatedly for an extended period... half an hour or longer Needless to say, you cannot do this at home, even if you're a brain surgeon.

The boring way would involve using a few volts to make the muscles around his prostate contract. That would be very much like suddenly getting an energetic prostate massage. Stuff might come out, yeah, but it wouldn't feel like a real orgasm.
