Yes it can be done. My wifes back is super sensitive. There are two main places for her. First is just above and to the outside of her shoulder blades. The second is the small of her back about an inch or two above the crack of her ass. All I have to do is lightly caress these areas to get a response from her, as light as a tickle.
I suppose that these areas get over sensitized, After a while I cease to get a response and move to another area that does. The search for these areas can be quite fun. Why just women?

I contend that ANYONE can experience orgasms through non-genital stimmulation. I've had some great ones, even multiples when properly stimmulated in various areas (lightly with nails seems to work best for me).

The trick is to find those most sensative areas,...usually (but not limited to) 'tickle spots'. For the extreemly ticklish, it is important to control the sensation - deep, controlled breathing helps.
