'Organ'ized Incest story

The theme of the story is very simple. A widower brother with no children decides to donate his kidney to his younger sister's husband who needs a transplant immediately. While the husband undergoes treatment in the hospital, the wife takes care of her generous big brother till the transplant actually takes place.

Does that sound anything interesting ?

I may be sick but I think it would be sexier if it were, say, a father or grandfather being taken care of. Just seems to heighten the situation better in terms of caring for a temporarily bedridden person one owes in a sense. the sacrifices of parents for their children are endless.

Meh I think Im getting to the point where a sister taking care of brother situation is getting slightly overused, and the fact that the sisters husband might die seems a little over dramatic and I assume that if something like that were to happen the girl would be to sad to be horny...
