To answer your question....

there is an occasional OR personal ad... but they are almost overwhelmingly male looking ads....

there also have been multiple OR threads over the past 5 years .... some have started from a personnal ad.... and some have been just threads to chat in..... some of the threads have been for the PNW in general.... and some for OR/WA....

However... all of the threads have several common characteristics..... they are largely male posters..... they tend to be pretty quiet.... and they go away quickly....

as to finding them.... many searchs and watching is the way I would suppose....
