Last time I went was a few years ago, and it was still the wonderful, bizarre, and incredible experience I'd come to know and love. I don't think that's going to change any time soon.

Yep, sorry - local get together of motorcyclists of my persuasion (BMW GS riders), so I can't come down that weekend. I just rode through Veneta a while back - if you are coming from the north or the south and want a nice scenic drive/ride, take the Territorial Hwy, which begins in Monroe and ends in Curtin (or thereabouts). It is a good ride on a motorcycle - especially south of Veneta.

Ok, so where the heck IS this fair?

I'm pretty new to Oregon.

Naudiz, YOU DIDN'T TELL ME ABOUT THIS. BTW, did ya see Eugenes fireworks last night? It was pretty cool. Got a bit wild close up though, I had to leave early cause of all the smoke from the fireworks everyone was doing. (not to mention the stray fireworks that damn near caught my blanket I was sitting on on fire.)

If it's next weekend, I can't make it. I've got a two day party invitation from a motorcycle club I'm trying to join. I'm from Salem, living in this socialist wannabe state (temporarily). I might be moving "home" so post a report so next year I might go fer sure! Thanks for the "heads up"!
