Ordering a Pizza in a couple of years

I work for a major worldwide pizza delivery company. Trust me, we ALREADY know all this.

I would like to laugh, but I'm not.

Instead I feel like a small herbivore who has just realised he is someone's next meal.

I can't understand why people are so upset about a pizza place having a little information on their customers. Now, if a whorehouse tries the same thing on me, there will be a war! However, pizza, no sweat.

Yes, the data is all there now, but it's been outsourced to anonymous customer service reps in foreign countries who can't access it because their computer systems don't talk to each other so seamleassly, they haven't been trained to use the systems properly, and there's no supervisor available to talk to. If your pizza order is wrong, they'll send you a UPS box to return it, but then it will sit in their pizza returns dept for weeks until someone looks at your order and sends you a replacement pizza, which will also be wrong. When you call back after receiving the wrong pizza which is now also cold, they'll laugh at you and tell you to have a hell of a nice day before hanging up on you.
