Quite possibly the most complete erotic novel in history. Anyone else read it?

Basically it's the story of an American journalist a on mission in 40's Paris. His mission is to fuck fuck fuck and maybe fucks some more. A partial list of fuckings by him and others:

A great dane
A midget
A very eager to learn young girl or two
A chubby woman
A dyke
A Chinese prostitute
A Spanish flamenco prostitute
A drunken gangbang gone awry

I have never read that work. I have enjoyed My Secret Garden by Nancy Friday, Story of the Eye by Georges Bataille, and The Torture Garden by Octave Mirbeau.
