Opinions wanted on Underage rule

I have a thread where the MC asks a character about what kind of sex she's had. Because of the magic ability of his, she tells him everybody she kissed in grade school, let feel her up in junior high school, and gave a blow job in high school.

It's Getting to know Paul's sister, part of Simon Says.

Does this cross the underage sex line? Details are pretty slim. There's no play-by-play. What do you think?

Cuz I could just say, "I kissed 27 people, let 14 finger me, and I let 4 go down on me. I gave 32 hand jobs, and 13 blow jobs." but it wouldn't be as sexy.

I thought the thread was really hot and I didn't think about it impacting on the rules until you mentioned it.

On the surface it's very realistic. Hand jobs at 16 years old, blowjobs by 17. There are plenty of teenagers who fit that. Many teenagers might even consider that later than necessary. So it seemed pretty normal as I read it.

I guess the question is, who are the rules for?

There are some sites that are a little lax about the age limit as long as it is within reason. They have the rule to keep pedophilia out, but they have no problem with two 17 year olds having sex. In that case, I think the rule is mainly there so that the people using the site can read the stories without coming across any child molestation.

But if the rule is there because there's a worry about any kind of child pornography laws, then there probably needs to be no sexual activity even mentioned for characters under 18. I doubt those people would care about the amount of detail.

I'm not intimately familiar with those laws and I don't really know the specific reason the CHYOO rules were set in place. So I really can't give a definitive answer.
