To be honest, I thought there was a rule about profile photos and cock pics, but you surely aren't the only one with such a profile pic so I'm either wrong, or it's not enforced. I will say this: In the past month, there was a thread in the general forum about cock profile pics and at least one woman said she immediately blocks anyone with such a photo, so you may be limiting your audience.
