Oooh! Just tried out my camera's video function

Realised the other day that I had a CD of both Image and Video editing software that came with my digital camera.

Just tried out the video one...this could be fun...LOL

The only bad thing about cam video, is that it's so huge. I haven't found a way to send anything to anyone yet.

But I amuse myself very much.

I just tried to send it to Starblayde through AOL. I didn't think it'd work, but it did. Takes a while though to go through. Yeah, and it's huge. That sucks.

How huge is "huge?"

You might check out WinZIP or some other compression ustility to compress the file before you send it. Even if your camera uses a compressed vieo format, WinZIP will reduce the file size by at least 20% and probably closer to 40%.

If you are using Win ME (or presumably later versions of windows,) look in the help menu on how to install "comressed folder support" which is essentially WinZIP compressed files treated as if they're regular windows folders.
