ok,the story is that a scientist has found a way to change a humans DNA.The problem is that the process caused a mental imbalance,making the subject to,well,mate atr least once a day.Luckily for the scientist,an inheritande of a secluded island and a huge amount of money.With this,the scientist has gathered a few assistants and unknown to them,is going to use them for test subjects.The scientist has up to five assistants,so we can have 6 or more characters(i would hope to have at least that much).The scientist is insane and figures that since the DNA change makes the subject is better in almost all ways than humans while still having human attributes(thumbs and a greater intelligence)over-weighs the problem of having to mate sometimes constantly.I would like to get a number of people on this thread,at least the five assistants and the scientist.I wont be playing the scientist,but one of the assistants(the first one that is going to be changed first).I have no objections to any suggestion to make the thread better.Since the scientist cant just make up a new DNA strings,he takes a large amount of DNA from other animals and combines them to complete the changefor example,an altered hman could be part(wolf, bear, feline, etc.),changed people usually become the animal shape given to them,except humanoid shaped with thumbs and such,they can walk upright and can wear clothes(cut hole if tail)the scientist can be male or female,dont mind.Thats about it,if you have any questions post them and if you want to join just put a bio up.

okay I'll be one of the experiments, cuz no one else is.

Dont know if i want to be a furry thing though but i like the idea of becoming animal like...faster, stronger, more feral

Havent quite figured it out, but some kind of predatory cat...part panther perhaps...
Also hoping at some point it can be science gone wrong thig...as my character is more dynamic and sexual ( good for an SRP) she becomes EXTREMELY dangerous.

By all apperances normal, maybe slightly slanted eyes, slight pointed ears, sharpened canines, can also pop claws...strong, superhumanly agile, heightened senses of smell taste hearing and touch, incredible recovery rate

How about this too,for a more detailed explanation of how things went wrong?
you were a test subject for finding the correct dosage for a human,and the scientist hid you from the other assistants,telling them that you had recieved a job offer from a large company or such.

Has an Island in the Carrabean Islands, private island. No in or out without her approval. Has her assitants, but they don't know about the experiments. Working on creating the perfect Mammal/human.

stands about 5'6'' fur sown the back in a stripe down the spine colored black to match her long dark hair. Body is very sleek and strong.Eyes slightly slanted and ears slightly pointed and black tail with grey leoperd spots. Gereally wears a long flowing skirt to hide the tail and a loose tank. Jaenelle was one of the first experiments of Doctor Rachel Williams. Was able to be hidden well from the world due to being the doctor's daughter.

confused about the assistants thing...i was planning on being a test subject...technically assistants are ones who "assist" the research and experimentation, if they werent , they wouldnt be "assistants" they would be subjects

to answer Lil's question,they are assistants,i just checked my first post in this thread and it has a sentence or two cut out.it is supposed to have 2 sentences wich explain how the scientist is labeled insane before inheriting money and land.Since the scientist is basically a genious,it is still pretty easy to find people that would want an easy job on a nice island,learning from one of the best.

Okay an ammendment to the character idea

my character will be a thief who decides to take the secrets for her own, but in the process is injected/infected with the experimental drug... while it doesnt turn her into a furry per se...it turns her into the ultimate big cat predator..by all apperances generally human but with all above noted abilities

and as the animal dna sinks further into her gene structure the more of a predator she becomes...

hows that?

When he is transformed later, he will be a mixed bag of DNA. I want my character to look Lupin. Abilities: Lupin (apperance and smelling), Feline (night vision and agility), Bear (strength and occasional temperment), and Horse (speed and a certain anatomy lol).
