OOC: The Slayer Chronicles

Hi,
i am curious, is there anyone one interested in starting a thread about Vampire Slayer (like Buffy, only those who came before her). It would need random slayers (since they have a shelflife), watchers, and various extras good and bad.

I was worried no one would want to, so now it's brainstorm time i guess, and character grabing, who wants to be the slayer, and when? I'll be just about anyone.

Well it depends on what you mean about the Slayers that came before Buffy, what time period did you have in mind? It'd be funny to see something along the lines around the 1900's, when Al Capone and all the mobsters were around. It'd be rather comical to have slayers, demons and vamps running around then. lol Just a suggestion.

I'd love to give this a shot. I might play a Watcher, although it depends on the time-period. MC's 1900s suggestions sounds good, though I had another thought: what about the Caribbean during the 18th century, time of the ever-glamorous pirates? Swashbuckling Slayers, vampire pirates, demons of the seas... could be fun, no?

Try either would be sweet, and the handy thing is once one Slayer dies, we can jump toany point in time and follow another, joy of the non-liner chronicles format. Oh and with 1900 or 1800, there are Buffy regulars who can pop in.

Well, with a Faith type we have our slayer, and a darn fun line, with no second slayer to balance her, so I guess I could be an Anya type. The "Yeay! Go good guys, oh wait, why do I care" type



Name: Ingrid Dash
Age: Early 20's, and if you try to say differently you're in for an ass kicking, or at least a very mean look
Appearance: average height and build, "red" hair, and again if you say different.... what me use a henna rinse?? never.
Misc: Demon in human form, sent here to distroy the world, but lost interest in that persuit because it's nicer here. No rotting corpses, or fire pits and hello, minks, diamond, men who buy you drinks and don't disembowel you after sex. What's not to love?
Weapon of choise when needed: A dagger given to me by my "father" when I crossed over from my demon world

Ok kids, start posting yer character bio's here and in theory, we will kick start the full thread in a few days. Here's my character information.

Name: Jacob Nightly
Age: About 300 but looks about 25
Apperance: Standing 5-10 and an even 170, his build was average but his bite quite deadly. His heart was evil but now he's sort of neutral, getting his kicks from working both sides.
Misc: Vampire with a rather nasty past, Jacob has recently gone sort of good. Sort of in the sense that he's not actually trying to kill this slayer but maybe get a date with her?
Weapons: Teeth, Brawling Skills

Indeterminate age, not sure how old he is.

Nobody really knows who or what Allan really is but they can tell that he has been around for longer than anyone can imagine. He has shown up out of nowhere again and has begun to wreak havoc to get what he wants the most (which I have to figure out).

Appearance: Standing at 5'7", brown curly hair that reaches the middle of her back. Dark onyx eyes and a soft caramel complexion.
Misc: Growing up in the streets, she's got many a fight under her belt, she's got one hell of a mouth used for one or two things but one is for being the smartass she's known for. Finding out she was "destined" to be a slayer at the age of 15, she decided to make her own fate and do what was right by her whether it be actually right or wrong. With large amount of money on the table, everything looks right. She's the bad girl with a semi heart of gold.

Age: Let's see,... 27 for the last few centuries.
Appearance: 5'11" with brown hair and eyes, his human form looks like a man of average build with cold, calculating eyes and an ever-present smirk.
Misc: Who ever said being a demon was hard? Vincent has gone through dozens of names in his time on Earth, discarding each as time moves forward. Manipulating, this demon has turned more people onto the road to hell by sheer trickery than most can dream of. A true believer that "less is more," he's content to start the ball rolling and then step back to watch humanity drag itself further into sin. However, over his rather long lifetime, he's become very accustomed to not actually dirtying his hand in anything.

Although a servant of evil, Vincent is more than willing to assist the forces of good, for the right price. A dealer of information, stolen goods, and more, Vincent is always know as the go-to guy. However, how loyal he may be or how trustworthy his information is has yet to be seen,...
