I had an idea for a little off-beat role play and I wanted to know if anyone is interested. Here's what it entails:
- Pick a song. Could be your favorite song, what you're listening to right now, any song in the world and then....
- Write a role play using that song. It could be in the background with the lyrics or rhythms "guiding" your characters actions, they could be acting it out, it could be in a club describing them dancing, whatever you want, but you have to tie the song in, and use at least a few lines from it.
- There will be several stories on the thread because, ideally, each RP won't be more than a couple of posts, I'm thinking a series of quick encounters to allow anyone who wants to, to be able to jump in and start a short story. It can even be a one post scene by one person, but again, you gotta use the song.
If anyone likes the idea, I'll start the tread and do sort of an example of what I'm thinking of. I thought of it because nothing inspires me, moves me, or helps me visualize better than music. Hope I'm not alone here.
