OOC: Survival

I'm thinking of putting together a survival thread, and wanted to get an OOC up to a) discuss the themic background of the thread and b) set up characters. This would be an RP thread with the chance of SRP rather than just a mindless fuckfest. That being the case, roleplayers would find the thread more to their taste than those who just want to write 2-line posts about screwing someone. Anyhow, is there any interest out there for this kind of thing? Stick your vote on the poll so I can get an idea of which direction to go on, and give me some comments. Soon as I have a few interested parties I'll get to work on whichever strand has most interest.

Hmmm... jungle or space? Now there is an interesting question from that: what about jungle AND space - alien planet? Rather than facing off against lions and tigers and bears (oh my), you would face a whole range of otherworldly beings and conditions.

OK, so it looks, largely, like theres a lot of focus on space/jungle thing... I'll give some thought to it over the weekend.

And preference as to whether you'd be mercs/pirates (this would mean you were watching out for the enemy who downed you too), whether space tourists (so all (heh, a big all) you have to worry about is the planet and each other) and whether you'd want to play humans/aliens?
