instantaneous teleportation without limit or error
wields razor-sharp CD's, can conjure any cd out of nowhere (or rather anywhere)
flight on an overlapping tray of cd's, like a fish scale dealiebobber
siren's voice (can do nearly anything with her voice, stun people, charm them, the usual... banshee screeches too)

and that's about it...

Gray eyes
Wears a black trenchcoat, gray body armor, black boots and a fedora.

Can project any thought into his opponents thoughts, to see what isn't there.
Can blend into anything and become virtually invisible, the only problem being he can only do it for a short time as it drains him physically.
Slightly quicker reflexes than a normal person.

Valkyrie

I know there was A Valkyrie in the Marvel universe but they never really developed her. I was thinking of something like Thor but Female. She has a spear that can turn to lightning. She has great strength and invulnerabilty.

Okay, I'm ready to play a hero, and not run anything!

My name is Dr. Quantum, Isaac Quantum. I have no powers, as such, but I have a near-supernatural skill with gadgets. My labs, Quantum Labs, supply most of the superhero gadgetry, gizmos, non-lethal weapons, and such for the entire super community. I'm not exactly a superhero myself, but I cannot resist testing out my latest ideas in the field.

Appearance:  He is a handsome well toned male with a shaven head and gold colored eyes. He also has bluish sort of skin sort of like Archangel In battle he wears a sleeveless black leather jumpsuit that looks like more of a skydiver-esque look to it.  He also has a barcode tatoo on his back of his neck.

Powers: He is major league telepath/telekenetic around the ranks of Jean Grey/ Cable.
Weopon: Usually carrys 2 Gold Desert Eagle guns, however often times he focused his telekentic energy into the form of a bow staff or a sword.
