I am writing this thread to ask people if they want to join my thread entitled Soulless.

It is about a vampire who is basically trying to live his life, hide or escape from hunters, feed and find the reincarnation of his wife.

Anyone interested?

I need vampires, hunters and ordinary people and I need a very important character..... that of my vampire's reincarnated wife- although she doesn't know it yet.

Age: 374 years old (but looks like a 27 year old)
Height: 6'
Weight: 200lbs
Should length auburn hair
Goatee beard
Brown eyes (but change to pure white when he changes into a vampire)

Would love to be a hunter. What kind of time frame are we dealing with? Present? little into the future, or the past?
Anything in particular?

Well this is pretty much going throughout time..... like little snippets here and there but it is mostly set in the present.

How about a blend of two, since it's taking place over a long period of time? A hunter/vampire. Not the traditional vampire hunter type, trying to kill vampires, but a vampire with a more basic type of prowess. Perhaps a vampire who also loves this wife and is insighted with jealousy over thier love, wishing to keep Alex from incarnating his wife, or perhaps wanting to allow her incarnation for the sake of taking her for his own?

How about someone that is comfortable with himself. Someone that enjoys watching man muck about as the centuries roll by. Can you account for someone who enjoys killing and isn't a bad..."person"(?)? People enjoy eating a nice fillet of beef. Not a problem right?

Charlotte..... you have the part of the wife.

Quiet_Cool..... sounds interesting. What if it was the person who turned the main character into what he is- killing his wife when he did. He wants nothing more than to keep the two of them apart- to create more pain for the main character. If you can think of anything else then please add to this.

Cyrus is a scientist studying paranormal occurences. Up until now all he has dealt with is elderly people who swear the mice that make noise in their attics at night are really the spirits of their fallen spouses trying to contact them. When he hears of possible vampire activity in the area, he decides to investigate.

He isn't a fighter by any means and observes people who he think may be vampires using hidden cameras, which of course gets him into trouble from time to time. When he needs to get close, he always disguises himself.

INFO: Lydia was once a very high standing lady. She went to all the balls, wore the latest fashions and hated every minute of it. One evening after a ball she decided to walk home since she was only a short distance from where she was staying. However she never made it home. She was attacked by a vampire and turned rather violently. She despises what she is but has learned to live with it. She keeps to herself mostly observing what goes on around her. She knows almost everything that goes on especially when it comes to the undead. She knows of Alex's search for his wife and is facinated by such undying love. She has watched him with avid intrest for many years and hopes that one day he finally finds what he is searching for.
