OOC: Post-Graduate Studies at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry

OK, this may be waaaaay too weird for people on this board, but as a reader of the Harry Potter series, I think theres some room for some serious passionate development between the characters when they grow up.

Now, everyone knows (who reads the books), that you get out of Hogwarts at 17, but what if the school were to offer post-graduate study? THEN we could consider a literotica thread...

The other beautiful thing about it would be that, as most students would NOT go on to post-grad study, it wouldn't matter which roles were filled. So, anyone up for blowing Harry Potter's specs off?

Personally, I'd prefer people to pick from the existing cast, simply as otherwise there's little or no point to setting it at hogwarts. Remember though, teachers are open as well... in more ways than one.

Hmm... Professor McGonnagals transfiguration lessons could prove intriguing.

So, we have Potter, Hermione... I'll take anyone. Will just wait to see if we get one or two more to join in before I kick off a thread. Anyone want the professors? Hagrid? Ronnie boy (who already acts married to Hermione in the book)? Draco/Crabbe/Malfoy?

He does? Funny, I can't remeber anything from the fourth book that would show or hint Ron and Hermione developing a relationship type thing. *shrugs* So I am Potter than?

Yup, you can be potter. As to Hermione and Ron, just think of the number of fights they have, plus the degree of jealousy they showed in the fourth book when other people showed an interest in them or them in other people (Krum and De Lacour respectively).

McGonnagal (Old scottish fart-ess who heads Griffindor)
Hagrid (Brainless Clutz, groundkeeper, half-giant and part time ecoterrorist - well can you describe those monsters any better?)
Sprout (Herbolagist, head of Hufflepuff)
Snape (Sick fuck, head of Slytherin)
Flitwick (Gnome-like charms teacher - is he the head of ravenclaw??)
Hooch (A real hoochy Momma, and the referee for quidditch matches)

Not all roles need filling, but if I don't get a good core of characters set up in a couple of days, I'm gonna let the thread drop.
