OOC: Pirates of Dark Water?

I was wondering if there would be much of an interest on this topic... I started an OOC thread a while back on (Dec '00) the ORP board, but the story never really took off well at the time. Perhaps read my old OOC thread and post some feedback here. If this takes off, I would like to play Tula. I would also welcome "new" characters that were not part of the cartoon as long as they fit into this pirate world. There are many sites out there dedicated to TPoDW, just look and all of the info you need will be at your feet!

Ya gonna make me dig through my old crap to see who you wanted to be? lol I think Poohlive has an interest in this and wants to take on Zoolie once again... So, we've got three characters.

So I'm digging up some of my old info for ya'll.
The various "main" characters are as follows (more or less in order of importance, too):

Ren: Young prince who is trying to save his homeland from the dark water. Son to King Primus (who is dead).

Niddler: He is the Monkeybird. Ren's sidekick since the beginning. Lusts for gold and melons. lol

Ioz: Ex pirate. Strong lust for gold. Chauvinist.

Zoolie: Another ex pirate. Friend to Ioz. Owner of a tavern in Janda-town. Good natured man, cheerful.

Tula: Started out as a serving wench at Zoolie's tavern. She becomes a stow away on Ren's ship and ends out joining the Quest.

Bloth: Biggest, baddest, meanest pirate of 'em all. lol Pompous fool at times as well. Strong lust for gold.

Konk: Henchman to Bloth. Piglet/man. Coward.

How about supplying a link so we can read the TPoDW you refer to, and use it as a guideleine?

Or can we just jump in and start swinging blades?

Well...

This is only an OOC thread to see if there is a great enough interest for this role play. I will write up a story line if I go forth with a role play. And, I will have a set of simple rules to help respect all who are playing. And, I will ask that Unregistered guests not role play with us. Literotica members only. Makes it easier than having 10 posts by "guests" and not knowing who is supposed to be who.

Of course there is, hon. I allowed non story line characters last time. I just ask that they fit the theme here. And, perhaps that the RPer create a bio of the character.

I'm not sure how many episods they had. Sadly it was a short lived show.

Pick who you want, hon. If you don't like any of the regular characters, come up with someone new. I want to write a starting story line soon, but was hoping to have more characters first.

Actually, I just did some research, and it was only 21 episodes that were aired. During the entire life of the show, only 6 out of the 13 treasures were found.
