BUTT WHY NOT? Rename it, and a place to discuss ideas for threads and recruit posters to join them would be very appropriate, in my opinion.

BUTT, that's right, I'm supposed to be the one that rejects all social mores, such as freedom of speech...huh?

Actually, that was the basis - in the beginning, anyway - of the Cafe Americain. Unless you were looking for a new and different angle? Maybe you could be a little more specific. If you are truly looking to meet new people, then you would want to post something to the "Personals" board. If you want a place to discuss threads, it would help if you were a little more specific about what you had in mind.

i have not checked out the personal's section but my idea for this is a totaly out ooc thread where people could purpose idea's and promte thread's/list people they need for thread's <like a role play personal's>

Well, in that case, I for one would support the idea. The title of the thread may put some people off guard. The use of the word "personals" is what does it.

Just a suggestion: you may want to start a new thread with a more defining title, and an opening thread that clearly outlines what your intentions for the thread might be. You may get more response that way.

But, hey, it's your thread. You do what you want.
