*picks you up and sits you in the make-over chair*

Ve shall see vhat ve can do with you.

*whips you around and around*

Hi ^_^

Mostly everyone here is friendly, but there are the occasional weirdo's. I guess I fall under that category most of the time though... ^_^;

Well, you don't seem to weird right now. ;)

I haven't talked to many people here yet, but I've been browsing about. It'll probably take a few days to get the feel of things. Alrighty then. Thanks a lot. :D

What kind of help are you looking for?

Suggestions on threads to join?
Suggestions on how to start a thread?
Suggestions on how to get more people in your threads?
Do you want to know if something is Taboo?

Welcome to lit by the way, glad to have you here.

Hi Trinity!

Hey, are youlooking for a RP thread to join? What genres of roleplaying do you like (horror, sci-fi, medieval fantasy, etc.)?

Welcome. I see you've already fallen into good company.

Browse the threads and find the style and subject matter you enjoy. If there's an open thread, try jumping in. If there isn't one that catches your fancy try making up your own. You could also find a writer who catches your attention and talk to them about setting up a thread.

Take your time and enjoy.

Again, welcome. I don't think you're going to have any trouble finding someone willing (and eager) to 'break in the new girl". :)

welcomeness...i see kimmeh's already gotten her hands on you

if you're looking for threads, it's a good idea to list either what you ARE into, or what you're NOT into...i find it easier to list what i'm NOT into...

i'm dragonrazor, call me dragon, or Raven...either works

i have a few threads that might need members...there are also threads i'm IN that need members. i dunno how many of those need gals though

Wow, lots of replies. :D

It's nice to meet all of you and thanks for the suggestions. I'm pretty much into anything. I'll try anything once. I am curious about taboo subjects. Some things I can't see myself doing is bestiality or scat. Both are bleh and probably won't try them unless itself involved in a really really good plot.

As for genre I'm more into real life subjects and shows that I know real well in rp. Fantasy I'm ok with but it takes a bit for me to get into.

Yea, there are usually more girls places than guys. Which is why I double as both. Some find it weird to have a girl play a guy or vice versa though. Do people have problems with that here? Cause I can play a pretty decent guy when needed, in my opinion anyway...

Some people do have problems with it. However, more people (many guys) are angry if a girl is played by a dude, than if a dude is played by a girl.

one way you can save yourself a lot of frustration is by knowing your style. do you like quick back and forth one-line rps? do you prefer to write five paragraphs per post? are you somewhere in between? it definitely pays to be up front about what you want out of a thread. do you want to spend a lot of time telling a story, or do you want to hop right into bed? either can be arranged ;-)

welcome to lit!

heh...i'm not much into bestiality, but i do like Furries...

Hmm, honestly I've never tried Furries. Just haven't got around to it yet, I guess.

Yea, I've seen that happen before. Personally I don't mind as long as they can rp well. But yea, I'll just ask and let people know if I want to join a thread as a guy and see how people feel about it.

to me, it depends on the thread.....if the thread is purely about sex, i don't want my partner to be played by a guy

I don't think this is a big issue here. I can think of two people here who play both male and female characters in just the threads I follow. I wouldn't worry about it and would check with the others in the thread just to be safe.

I'll echo what some others said, I think to find writers you are really compatible with you've got to do a bit of reading/research. There are a wide variety of role playing and writing styles presented here. It will take a bit to find those that you really enjoy writing with but when you do it'll be worth it! :cathappy:

I look forward to reading more from you. Again, welcome! :rose:

Thanks I appreciate it. I like to read different threads so researching shouldn't be too much of a problem. When it comes to messaging and asking to do role plays I have a bit of trouble. Shy, I guess, lol. Anyways I guess I'll just have to suck it up and PM someone if I want to thread rather than wait.

Well, for what its worth, I'm really impressed with your writing style. I'm sure the rest of the Literotica men will be PM'ing you like crazy trying to get a closed thread with you. ;)

lol...i don't PM people i don't know for one on one threads...however, i join most threads people ask me too, with a few exceptions

It's amusing to see all the fuss over gender when the whole boards largely RP anyway.
eg People have a problem with a girl playing a guys part, but that same girl, in real life, is only ever fucked, in the bedroom, by her regular partner, but comes onto the board to RP a girl who is fucked in all sorts of ways, in all sorts of different places, by all sorts of different men.
No difference.

I'm not fond of sending the first PM either, but two of my writing partners (and eventually we became very good friends) started with me sending a PM. Still, it wasn't easy to do it.

I agree with TheAntiRebel...you are doing well and I would imagine you'll have some interest coming through your PM box. :)

It's really good to hear you think my writing style's good. I've been rping for a while and just started srp earlier this year. I like to write and be creative and such things help. :D I grow wary about it sometimes wondering if I'm just rambling during a post or, whether or not it's really worth reading that extra info.
