I don't know too much about the Mega-Man series. But it sounds like a basic melodrama set-up. I went to the site you mentioned to look at the character descriptions, and I would probably be best suited to play Dr. Wily, or if you have someone in mind for the evil genius, I could play Dr. Cossack. Either way, the scientist bent would be best.

I haven't done a melodramatic RP, yet. So this should be fun if you can enough people to start it up.
