OOC: Looking to start a Medieval role play

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to enter my thread. I am looking to start a Medieval (around 15th Century) role play set in and around the castle of "lower" royalty. (Such as a Duke and/or Duchess, Count and/or Countess, and so on.) The surrounding village would be small, the people fearing and loyal to their local power.

I plan on taking on the role of a young servant girl recently taken from her home to work in the castle. Other such roles could be a male and/or female "power" within the castle, a parent (or parents) to my character, other servants of various types, or even other villagers. If there is an interest in such a story, that is...

I don't have a lot thought out in the way of a plot. It could pretty much go any way the RPers want it to. So, if there is even a slight interest in this idea, please respond to the thread. We can all work out the details and get the story going shortly!

Hi. If we have a Duchess or Countess, the male servent could be a secret (or not so secret) boy toy for her to play with. Perhaps a Medieval version of a butler or coachman? lol I'm not too sure what other kinds of male servants there would be. Perhaps a prisoner of some sort who is in the dungeon?

Well, last I knew the 1400s would fall within the 15th Century. Apart from that, I really don't have any details yet. Like I wrote in that PM to you, I'm not as much of a history buff as I probably should be to engage in such an idea.

Anyway, "BRB". I need to jump offline so I can try to "fix" my net connection. AOL seems possessed tonight so I'm going to reinstall it!

what ever era would be fine with me. I am a bit of a history buff so I know a bit about those eras. I'm into playing one of the servants anyways. I just hope someone will be willing to use me, since I am a bit submissive.

Baron William of Lands End:

Baron William of Lands End is the twenty-six year old ruler of his fiefdom, one inherited from his father when he was killed battling Scots in the North. Now he rules his lands and the peasants on it with an iron hand, strict laws and immediate and severe punishment for transgressions.

In exchange for their fealty and loyalty he protects them from bandits and raiders from his caste stronghold on a hill over looking the largest town in the area where all gather in times of strife.

The Baron is well schooled in the military arts, and it’s rumored that he enjoys either watching or actually giving the punishments he metes out, especially to the female transgressors.

For the time, the year of our Lord 1644, he’s a very large man at nearly six feet tall and has the shoulder and chest of mighty man and large and powerful hands from years of sword and battle axe and war hammer practice and fighting.

Just now the Baron is seated in his study off the great room deciding how he would begin punishing the wench in the dugeon whose father hand killed his own.

William paged through an book illustrated with many woodcut pictures of women and men being subjected to torment and torture for various offences, it was a new code of law and one he planned on using to administer justice in his fiefdom.

1600s sounds good to me.

I think I may follow your lead, if you wish to take it, that is.

I see my character as a young village girl who is taken from her home to serve in the castle. Perhaps she really was taken to serve? Such as an assistant to the cook, a laundress, or a chambermaid to the Baroness? Or maybe she was sought as a play thing for the Baron?

At any rate, maybe she was thrown into the dungeon by the guards who took her to "wait" until the Baron can come deal with her?

(This may be a good intro to your character, too, Bengal? Maybe he was an "unruly" new servant who was tossed into the dungeon as well?)

I picture my character being put in jail because he was caught seeing the duchess nude. It was an accident but he was seen in the wrong place at the wrong time. He's hanging in shakles thinking obout his crime when a new girl is thrown into his cage by accident.

That's good and she is the one from the village who became unruly on the way to the castle when one of the men at arms tried to take his pleasure with her perhaps.

Why not use the edit button and add her name and physical description of her in her rough sacking dress.

I dont know if I can still post here,but I am wondering if I could throw a hand in,become a part of the roleplay.Anyways I can play everything,well everything that is male,I dont play women well,they are to damn complex.Anyways...I would prefer to play someone passing by,a merc mybe stopping by in the villiage that just delays himself from leaving,but I can play generally any role,just tell me whatca need.

Character Sketch (rough draft)

Alina McKay (Alina being Scottish for fair.)

Alina McKay is Scot by nature. Her frame is small and petite at barely 5'. Her skin pale and fair with a light dusting of freckles on her face and chest. Her breasts are rather generous and full in contrast to her size and are quite sensitive to the touch. She does not know it until her sexual appetite is awakened, but her nipples can reach nearly an inch in their length when stimulated.

Her hair hangs down to her buttocks in auburn locks, and her emerald eyes are quite fierce! She's quite the feisty lil' pissant when angered and hell to deal with.

Years before, Alina's father slaughtered Baron William's father while defending his homeland. The Baron William swore vengeance!

When he came to the land of the Scots he nearly wiped out all of Alina's family line. Before her very eyes, her father was slain, and then the tip of William's sword bore down upon her own breast.

Crying out, Alina begged for her life. She swore to anything to keep it. Not realizing the gravity of her plea, though, her wild nature quickly sprang out during her captive journey back to the Baron's land.

Welcome to the story! Hopefully we do get some more women into this soon, though. Like I said at the beginning, basically any conceivable role is fine. The more the merrier.

If Phoenix likes my idea of being an abducted Scot, perhaps they stop at market in her homeland before setting sail, or within his afterwards...upon which he/they come across your character and "WHATEVER" happens as this story unfolds.
