OOC: Immortal

After trolling the threads I noticed that a few things have changed since I last posted here a few years ago. The main being that most threads are now closed off. It had been my intention to ease back into the community by posting on other people's threads and then gradually starting my own as this always seemed a polite thing to do. But due to lack of options in threads and inspiration, I've decided to skip that process and get straight to putting my own ideas into work.

That said, here it is.

As you might have guessed from the title this thread will evolve around vampires.

Now as I intend for this thread to be larger than a few select players there will obviously be dozens of sub-plots happening so each new character will have stories of their own to tell in this alternate universe. Most sexual rolplaying threads tend to have a general idea for the theme (eg brothels, fantasy islands, horny wifes) I would like to base this thread on more than a theme. Yes, there will be sex here and a lot of it but I would like there to be plots as well. If you intent to join this thread with the idea of being a vampire and getting laid. This thread probably isn't for you. The characters in this thread will have personalities backgrounds and goals.
We won't start posting this thread until wee have at least four participants, two or each sex.

That said for those of you still interested and are brave enought to go on here is an example of what I'm talking about.

This is my character for this thread.

It starts with a newly awakened vampire, Eva.
Eva rises to the memory of the night before, of meeting a man, things happen (this can be figured out in detail during the posts or later on this thread.) and eventually Eva ends up at the mans apartment. Things get heavy and during orgasm Eva is turned by her lover. Searching the apartment Eva is unable to find her lover of the night before. Having no way to contact him and with no clues as to his identity Eva is left to find out how to survive all on her own.

VAMPIRE LORE

Many people have different ideas of what vampires are, do, look like etc.
So people don't get confused when one person decides garlic can kill and another decides that it's harmless here it some vampire lore for this thread. Feel free to pm me with suggestions.

Appearance: A vampire has every appearance of a human until they decide to change into game face. (Controlling this is a test of will on a newly arisen vampire while older vampires have (generally) strong control.
When in game face or vampire face, vampires grow sharp pointy fangs, two on upper teeth. These are used to pierce flesh. The eyes and brow crease. Eye colour stays the same except for very intense times of emotion when they can flash golden/yellow.
I'll give you a picture to show you what I mean, after all a picture says a thousand words....or something like that.


Weakness: Vampires cannot go into sunlight it incinerates them fairly quickly. A stake in the heart will kill, as will beheading. holy water burns badly but won't kill unless consumed. Garlic is harmless. Vampires can withstand a lot more pain and injury than mortals, something that will kill a mortal will often only cause injury to a vampire. Vampires can be hurt for the long term but the cause has to be very very brutal to last. Other wounds are easily and generally quickly healed as long as the vampire has fed recently.

Vampire family:
Sire: A sire is the vampire equal to father in human society. It is the name of a vampire who has sired another vampire.
Childe: (note the spelling) Is a vampire turned for purposes beyound that of the fledgling or minion. A childe needs care and attention. Is tutored in all aspects of vampire life. Most often has a sexual relationship with it's Sire.
Mate: A vampire with a mate is rare, it is a deep commitment, as it is an eternal bound that can NEVER be broken. Two vampires are only able to mate with each other after they perform the mating ritual. (more giving on this later)
Master: A vampire of considerable age, who is vicious and has managed to earn a deadly reputation. He commands fledglings and minions in his area.
Fledgling: A permanently weak and often young vampire. Only the minion is lower of the vampire hierarchy. A fledgling is not big on thinking, as in thick but there are exceptions. Once turned is left to fend for itself. The process of turning is different as the fledgling is given but a few mouth fulls of blood.
Minion: A minion is I guess closer to a slave, they have no real thoughts, they follow blindly the commands of masters. They never will have the potential for anything more. Once turned is left to fend for itself. the process of turning is different as the minion is only giving a shotful approx of blood.

Before starting

Before we start on this, I think it would be great if everyone just posted a introduction to their character here, so we all know who's who.
Things like background, age, status (immortal/mortal), goals.
Kind of like my introduction of Eva. It saves having to do all the introductions and character b/g information during the actual rpg.

Age; Unknown Looks to be in mid twenties
Looks: Stand at six feet even pale skin and jet black hear down to he's shoulders he's eyes are hazel and change color with his emotions the one thing that betrays him so he wares sunglasses most of the time.. At first glance he looks thin but get closer you can see the steel like mussels moving under his skin.

Personality. His quit and hard to read at times. He’s slow to anger tends to role with the punches. But if you manage to piss him off he is a force to recon with few survive his rage.

Past: No one living knows were he came from or who or what changed him over. He’s been seen in the shadows threw out history normally as the hired assassin for one of the masters thou some say that he dos it for amusement rather then fear or loyalty to a master. He spent many years in Japan learning the way of the ninja from the most secretive clans He kills with out emion even if he angry with the one he is killing drops all emotion out of his mind before killing though he has rarely lost control of him self and he when he did he killed more then the one he was intending. He doesn’t like doing that he calls it a waist. He only kills those that have the pries on there head or his food. He normally feal neither joy or sorrow for those he kills and he likes it that way.

Age: stopped counting after 200
Height: 6’7 about 280 pounds
Seth an immortal of immeasurable power, he was turned at a young age, his youthful exuberance to embrace the dark side had weighted heavy upon his back as he continued to explore the taste and riches of what he seek, he delved deeply into the dark arts, controlling mysticism to a level most only dream of, his passion for such threw him down a spiraling torrent of pain and selfish desires until he met a patriarch, they had gotten together thru the underground and explored long nights of conjuring and speaking to sprits, although their relation was purely none physical, the Patriarch had always found herself attracted to him, and likewise, but still they shared nothing bordering upon physical relations, they still kept there nights long and full of exploration, but with every night she became more and more attached to what she seemed was a weak attempt to become a warlock, she would soon find out this to be a fatal flaw…

One night she took to him, sneaking from behind and pulling…seducing him to the bed, there she would try to assume control of him, but the contrary happened, during the passion of sexual throes, he took control of her, forcing her into positions he desired, and finally when it all came to an end, he had slit her throat and drank freely from her, his years of purging his self to gain power thru years of focused training had taken its vicious toll upon her, his strength was unbridled as he forced her naked body to the bed, still as he had sex with her, Seth took the pure life giving blood from her, downing enough to transcend himself into what he is today…

As he looked down to her, the gnash was clear across her neck, her hollow cries as she whimpered and begged him to help her, she lay there, spread for him, leaning slowly downward, he pressed his bloodied lips to her alabaster forehead, and imprint so finely pushed to her as she looked to him, tears formed at the end of her eyes before running a course down her cheeks, still he was there comforting her till she took her last breath, hours at her side, holding her before she finally took the last breath and died in his arms…

During the early morning hours he had carried her out to the lakes behind his fair town and buried her next to the crystal white lakes, a white rose he tossed into her grave in remembrance to his first true love, then shoveling the dirt upon her, he planted a seed, one that would produce a tree of the most beautiful of white and pink flowers that he visits yearly…

Great, I think I'll post a general start to the thread and then we can go from there. I know we all have an idea of where we wan our characters to g but do we have any direction in mind for the thread. I would love to hear thoughts and ideas about where we could go with this.

A 20 something vampire slayer.

His family has been hunting down undead for years. They have an entire clan which has brought generation upon generation of death to the bloodsuckers.
Terran is a young brother in his families clan. He has a father, mother, two other brothers and a sister. All of them find and fight the savage beasts all across the world. Being the youngest, he has no real skills, but because of his family, he's trained all his life both physically and mentally.
He hasn't killed yet, and some doubt lies in his mind whether he really could or not.
His family is all convinced of the evils of vampires, but he's always been a thinker, and a dreamer, and really doesn't understand it all.

Doesn't look at all innocent, but she really is. At the age of 23, wishing there was more to this mortal life. Doesn't wish to die, yet it seems as if there isn't anything to live for. Believing in vampires, though has never seen one. Wishes she could live an immortal life, going everywhere she pleases, not a care in the world. Her blue eyes show the emptiness that's inside, does her everyday thing, boring and dull. Has fantasies of another world, yet, if it ever was to happen, she wouldn't know what to do.


I'll add more, this is jut a rough, very rough, start of the chara. /shrug..

Age: born April 6, 1598, but looks 23
Apperance: about 5'9", 159 lbs. Slender and muscular from grouping up on a farm. He has light brown hair and blue eyes.

Bio: He was just a simple farm boy growing up in the New World. He married, had three kids and was happy. His family was killed during a riot in the small town in which he moved. He is not sure of how he was turned, he was knock unconcious during the attack. He hates what he is, and wishes for death. However, he is driven by the hunger to continue living.

A couple of openings for you. A new vampire out there, running by herself, an old one about to feed, and a young naive slayer who just gave a cattle call to anyone who can smell blood from a mile around.

There is no city setting for this story. we won't be naming it, there will be no icons eg empire state, leaning tower etc.
The setting is of no importance.
All you need to know is it's a city, busy, with a lively nightlife. Apart frrom that you can add your own touches, a park, a zoo. They all have to be made up though and believable.

Myra is a newly turned vampire in standing to the rest. Her life as the walking dead began 20 years ago on her 18th birthday. That was the day she ran from home and a kind older womaqn took her in for her fist night. There she was drugged over dinner and passed out soon there alfter. She awaoke the next evening alone and craving blood at every turn. For about six months she live alone in the dark for she had a hard time controlling her hunger and her monster face.

She is very petite with long black hair Her eyes are that of an emerald with a hint of silver speckled within.

Mostly whe wanders keeping to herself for she does not know any other like her or the rules to follow if she were to meet one

I've had a few requests to join the group. More are always welcome. Just post your character and a profile on the OOC thread and then fit yourself in on the IC thread.
Try to come up with a characer that could place a spin and really mix things up for the thread though.

B-Date: December 21 the winter solctice and longest night

By nature she was a loaner and she always had been. She had always been out of step with her peers not to menntion her pale skin and her dark clothing made her stick out like a sore thumb because she wouldnt assimilate into the tight jeans and short tshirts of the preps. She currently attended a local community college with a job as a waitress to try and pay the bills. The dark makeup she wore only accented the subtle beauty of her light eyes even more. She was a night owl in every sence of the word and went out clubbing at least twice a week. There were several bars that played 'her type of music.' She always smirked when shethought about how other people percived the goth sceen. She rarely wore colors other then black but could occasionaly be seen in a dark purple, red or blue. And once in a purple moon she would wear white to accent the darkness of her hair and her pale features. She had a slender form but was by no means skinny. She had all the curves in all the right places unlike the anorexic bitches she saw everywhere
around her. She usualy wore form fitting clothes but was very
careful not to reveal too much skin. She always gave a hint of
cleavage or a flash of thigh, but never more then that. As for
vampires, she had heard of them in fairy stories told to small
children, but she didnt believe in them.
