OOC: Hunter

I know that there is another superhero thread here but I thought about writing another one except that I am not going to write one where they are superheroes with any powers. I thought about writing about a superhero kind of like Batman. (no powers just has training at fighting, just not sure about weapons)

He is not going to be a hero as such, more like an anti-hero where his methods make enemies out of the cops and the people that he is trying to help. He does not kill though as much as he would like to do so.

I wanted to have it in a place called New Haven City, it is kind of like New York City but it is falling apart. It is on the brink of being over run by criminals but the police are keeping things at bay although they are on the brink of getting overwhelmed.

It looks as though something big is going to happen as new people have shown up on the street and have begun to fight the police, causing havoc.

I want to have someone who is going to be running the new group of villians and I have but one request, no powers please.

I also need someone who is going to play the main character's gf as she will have an important part to play in this.

Apart from the hero (sorry, taken) I need the main villian, the gf, cops, villians and anyone else you would like to play.

I hope that we can have fun with this.

Used to be a bounty hunter but he found that the people that he was catching were getting put back on the street the very next day and it was pissing him off. He knew that he could keep doing what he was doing but he saw that there was no point in it as they would keep getting put back out into the street so he decided he would take the law into his own hands.

He took the money that he earned as a bounty hunter and set up his own little hide away complete with a vehicle and suit that would protect him. He decided to become the city's protector even if they don't want him to be and take the criminals off the street. He keeps going by taking the money off the criminals that he takes off the street.

Cool. Now I just have to think her up. And we need a real good villian for her to start out with. I don't know if I want her to be the mousy girl who thinks she can't do better than a villian, or one with brass balls that gets the crap slapped out of her by the villian BF...

Becca grew up on the wrong side of the tracks… The course of her failed relationships finally brought her to the notice of (insert villain's name here). Who treats her like dirt, but keeps her around because she is good for his ego. She is not an assertive person, and sticks with the villain because she has low self-esteem. Plus the perks of being a villain's girl… I see her starting out as not knowing the hero....

We really need someone to come up with a villain that you can't catch red handed/always manages to escape before the cops arrive.

I must say I'm interested in the foundation being laid here. Unfortunately, I'm afraid I wouldn't have the time to play a good'n'active villian. I'd hate to sabotage the thread like that. But I'll keep a mind on ideas for expendable characters... perhaps a henchman or smaller villian in the Bounty Hunter's rogues gallery? An appetizer before the big bad appears?

What about a character who keeps on popping up from time to time to cause Bounty Hunter grief?

Perhaps I could stir up a little trouble for our hero with a sulty vilan who isn't ALL bad. She could have her own hidden agenda perhaps. A link to the Hero and his past that he has no memory of. Hmmm... Ideas are begining to stir here, if you aprove that is. Does the Hero like a little mystery with his vegies?

Delta will be the kind of char that will pop up unexpectedly, ever watching, and occasionally dropping scraps of information the hero may find useful. She will be as the mist, every where and no where. She is beautiful, agile, lethal and very well informed.

A curious thought, just how nasty and graphic can a bad guy get? I have never played a baddy before, and should there come a time where violance erupts, how graphic can I be? I tend to be very discriptive and don't wish for the readers to loose their lunch. Though my char isn't all bad, she will get what she wants by what ever means are necessary... if you get my drift.

I would have to say get graphic to a point but stop when you get to the point where there is heaps of blood and body parts dropping everywhere.

EDIT: I mispelled Alexander's last name, it is supposed to be Premysl rather than Premsyl.

Another note: Private Label, please read my last post in the game thread. Alex doesn't actually have sex, he's asexual. He treats Becca quite literally as a dressup doll.

She was meant to eventually meet and fall in love with the hero making her life difficult due to the Villian former (sort of) BF...

I was unaware of your intentions for your char in this story line Private Label. I was under the impression your char was the GF of the villan. I am somewhat confused by the direction of the thread, so I will stand aside untill such times as I have a better concept of where the story is headed. Is it about good fighting evil, or about or about good and evil fighting it out over a girl?

I'll watch the thread for development and guidance at a later date.
