This futuristic RP is open to everyone. 
You don't need my approval to create a character or new races of slaves or new slave technology. This is also a bit unusual in that players are encouraged to create more than one character: you are limited to one slave owner buy may create as many slaves as you want, either for your owner character or available for other players to own.
There are only 3 rules:
1. Follow Lit's rules about what content is not allowed - all characters must be 18, they must be more or less humanoid, avoid outright torture and rape which is truly nonconsentual.
2. Don't attempt to force another player to do anything or say what another players' character does, although you may give them suggestions in this thread or via PM unless they tell you not to.
3. Don't contradict anything another player has already RPed, like the traits of a particular alien race or a description of how a slave training contest works. In particular, all slave owners must be members of the Riiav race (see description below).
The world: The main setting is the capital city of the Riiav homeworld, Riiavalon. The Riiav have long pointed ears, somewhat like elves, and the come in male, female, and hermaphrodite (although hermaphrodites are an aritficial gender, not a natural one.) Only adult Riiavs are allowed to own their own home, own slaves, and alter their bodies. They have very high technology. One result of their technology is that their society is a socialist utopia - robots do all the work, and every adult Riiav is given an apartment or house and a stipend of credits. Since Riiav do not work, they play hard and Riiav social life is mostly a popularity contest. Owning intelligent 'pets' (aka slaves of other alien races, which the Riiav do not recognize as human but merely as intelligent animals) is one of the most popular hobbies. Other hobbies include creating entertainments (stories, movies, music) and hosting parties and competitions.
There is a large slave market in a giant shopping mall in the middle of the city. In addition to buying and selling slaves, Riiav also bring their own slaves here to show them off, may rent a slave temporarily for breeding or other purposes, and there is an amphitheater where slave competitions are held. Surrounding this area are apartment towers where most Riiav live, and there is also a lake with houseboats or underwater houses, and in orbit above the city are space stations and spaceships which may go capture slaves of new races and bring them back to sell. The first batch of humans is just being sold at the slave market.
Slave technology - the Riiav have super-high technology so you can really do almost anything you want: they can reshape their own bodies, they can genetically engineer crossbreeds between species which are not naturally compatible, they can synthesize aphrodisiacs, fertility drugs, and other hormones, they have a slave training facility where time passes super fast so they can send a baby there and get an 18 year old back in only a few days, they have collars which can control slaves and any sex toy you can imagine. One restriction is that, being such racial snobs, the Riiavs have made it illegal for a Riiav to be kept as a slave or to have children with a slave - but being illegal just makes it more rare and exciting, right? Similarly there is a law against incest among Riiav, but not among slaves.
Some suggested slave races: humans, nekos, angels, dragons, wulfs, centaurs, nagas... pretty much any anthro, fantasy, or science fiction race is welcome, although I recommend not creating characters with strong magical or psionic powers because this isn't really intended to become a slave rebellion story.
So, how can you start playing? Just go to the IC thread and make a first post describing a character's appearance, personality, where they are and what they are doing. Then post a note here either inviting other players to interact with you, asking for an invitation to be included in what they are doing, warning them to not interfere with you, or advertising for a partner if you want to do a romance.
