The Seafox, sister ship to the Corona Negra, That black crown worn by the infamous pirate of the Darmus sea, Cervantes De Leon. Where the Corona was muscle, like the fist of some storm giant, the Seafox, she was sleak, like a mercurial knife, cutting through the black sea.

She was captained by a foxwoman, Cervantes' gift to her on the day of their son, Rockingham's birth. A gift, just as the pendant of location about her slender neck was. With a simple touch, and a single spoken word, that enchanted pendant would cried out to Cervantes, warning him of any danger that might befall the Seafox...

OOC: IF there is a woman interested in playing the part of the foxwoman, please let me know, and poohlive, if you're out there, would you care being Rocky once more? I intend for this thread to address some issues about our characters. If you know what I mean.

Damn it something like this would come up when I'm probably going to be too limited for time in the next few weeks to do it justice.
*sighs*

Nifty idea, Raven.

It's been some time since I have written anyhting and my heart breaks for the lack of it.

This thread would probably take some catching up, but if you could sugest something that will get me back into life, i'd apreciate it......

I've missed you friend :)

Do a search for these threads

Fishermans Wharf

At sea

Lost at sea

Those will give you the background you need.

And just let me know what you would like to be in the thread.

For some odd reason, this slipped through my radar. Odd, I'm usually good at catching these things.

If we still have people, Rocky's ready to go.

Maybe I could play the Foxwoman? I would need to read the back story a bit first? get an idea of her personality, or you could fill me in?

She's never been written about before actually. So, she'd be all yours to invent.

Well I would like to play her if thats alright :) and i dont mind inventing her but im sure you might want some input about her? :D

Hey Pooh! Good to see ya!

Well, lets see, Cervie predominantly went after the fiesty women, he liked the challenge they offered him. So, yeah, she aught to be rather fiesty, but once he'd 'gotten to know' her, he would have been quite loving to her, at least behind closed doors, in front of his crew he would be a real mysoginist.

I had planned that he would have been sweet as could be to her all while she was pregnant with Rocky, but when his on board physician told him that there were complications, and that it was essencialy either her or the baby, he would go into the room, tell his men to hold her still, and proceed to cut her open in his were-form with his claws, thus infecting her, and knowing that she'd be out for blood for such an act, if she made it, he puts her off on her own ship, to heal, and leaves her behind.

so shes a were-fox? and he dumped her on a ship and took her son? oh man shes gona be pissed :)

Well... His thinking is that he couldn't let both her AND the baby die... LOL.

This could shape up to be a killbill. LOL!

So, Pooh, Kalika, any thoughts?

Do we even know mommy is alive? Or is this going to be a very very fun surprise...

In which case, would she know she even has a son?

Cervie would have a good idea that she is, but never would have told Rocky. Hell, he's never even told Rocky that he is his son, he's always treated him like a cabin boy.

She would know that she had a child, but not what sex it was, or weather or not it had survived Cervie's rather brutal cesarean...

Oh, and Cervie's always told Rocky that a seagull dropped him aboard ship... LOL.
