Sorry to barge in again, but may I toss out a few ideas? How about..An experimental herb in Mary Ann's famous Coconut pie has an unforeseen and very interesting result...OR one of the Castaways discover that the grass hut walls can be easily peeked through OR somebody knows Ginger's secret: before she was a star she made a smut movie and they blackmail her...OR the Professor discovers that the batteries are periodically missing from the radio and sets a watch that unveils Mary Ann/ Mrs. Howell/ Ginger (or all three ) has been borrowing them for a vibrator..
