Collaboration is the name of the game! You can expect Snake Eyes to not be happy. Anybody read the comics where Megatron comes to visit after becoming a tank? Snake Eyes has that showdown with the leader of Cobra Commander's ninja's? That was a great one there.
Ok, here's my character:
Alias: Sure-shot
Name: Kyle Bach
Sure-shot is one of the new recruits. He's primarily a sniper and is usually the guy they send in to scout the territory first. He prefers to use a bow rather than a gun, using heavy duty arrows. His costume changes, depending on the enviroment they're entering (it wouldn't be prudent to wear a black costume when in the snow) I was considering giving him a belt that makes him invisible but I think that's too powerful.
I'm working on a villian too. I know I asked this before but has anyone checked out the new GIJoe comic from Image? I bring it up because it's got a few interesting things in it that I thought would be cool to incorporate into the thread. For example, Scarlett hates Snake Eyes' guts because he refused to marry her. I'm not positive but I think they're eluding that he stood her up at the altar. The comic itself deals with the old joes coming back and training some new ones to take on a newly reformed Cobra. Not all the joes are accepted back though, Bazooka has let himself go and is obese so they don't let him come back.

I am not very familiar with the comics GI Joe, but I do know a bit about the old cartoons, and of course, the 3.5" action figures (did I just tell my age?).
Are these characters acceptable in this RPG? If so, I would like to play.

Okay, I may be able to start this later tonight, or tomorow night, I just need a refresh on who will be in and who they will be playing, oh, and there was the perfect web site for this... Let me see if I can find it again... I am going to have the thread start in a world where the joes have been disbanded and cobra is trying to assassinate them one by one... From there we'll see where it goes.

Alias: Whiplash
Whiplash was once a world class racing driver but he was involved in an accident that almost ended his life and career. He later found out that his accident was caused by agents of Cobra. He tried to find out why they had tried to kill him and almost got himself killed only to be saved by one of the Joes.
He was asked to join G.I Joe then but turned it down, saying that he was a driver and nothing else. He went back to his home only to find out that his family had been killed by Cobra agents. All he wanted after that was revenge against Cobra and joined Joe.
There is only one speed for Whiplash- fast, hence his codename. He can be dropped anywhere and be expected to get to where you want to go in time.
