OOC for a Mind Control Thread Idea

I'd like to write a Mind Control SRP with someone who knows something about it. I don't know a lot about Mind Control and I've only written one story for Lit in that category, but I would like to expand my skills in this genre.

I wouldn't be writing the controler . . . (that's probably not even the right term), but would be the one who is controled.

Is there any one interested in a thread of this nature? I'm looking for a one on one thread, but am willing to do a small group one, if the writing is up to par.

Probably a psychological thing, with an opening into pharmacological. Since I am relatively ignorant on the subject itself, it would be a learning experience for myself. Perhaps if I show a decent enough talent in it, then perhaps more threads and/or story ideas will emerge over time.

It is always hard to step out of the box and try something new, but I do like the idea of this category and stirring the muse toward something different.

Well I have some knowledge of this. Msotly stemming from a very bad though fairly mild psychiatric episode and a well meaning person, who didn't do right.

I've sent you a PM detailing a bit of knowledge and some places in popular Fictiona dn history to look. Also general Knowledge I have. Hopefully it helps.

However due to my less than positive experiences I won't be playing at all in this. It turns my stomach a little. But I'll help if I can to make this Fun and Erotic. And Still be fairly reailty based.

I would like to add, this isn't just about sex; I want struggle, confusion, doubt, disbelief, conflicts, suspense, indecision, tolerance, acceptance. . .

Perhaps the female character is tramatized by a haunted past? Or she's just overbearing and someone wants to torment her? Perhaps she's going to be a pawn in the game of some mad man who loves power and knows how to make people bend to his rules. . .

That's what this OOC is for. . .hashing out ideas and plans before settling on a beginning.

I check out "The Temple of Light" it is a different type of RPing, but I don't think it appeals to me at the moment, thanks though.

As far as where this one will go. . .I want someone who knows something about mind control using both psychological and pharmacological. I see her controller helping her to overcome perhaps nervous habits that distract her from job promotions, then moving on to overcome selfconsciousness, also this would delve into sexual inhibitions.

Do you have any knowledge in Mind Control? Stories written or experiences?

I don't really. I've written one story and I do have some experiences involving sexual suggestions as far as real life goes. But I know little to nothing as far as deep Mind Control with the use of either hypnosis, or repetitive suggestions, or through drugs (legal or illegal, abused or not).

Interest in the subject will work if you're willing to research a bit of drug use and interaction with it. A bit of realism works is what I'm looking for, I'll be researching too, it may or may not come into a lot of play, but it will at least teach me something I didn't know before and perhaps make the subject somewhat easier to write in for the Lit category.

Let me think about what type of girl I want and I'll put up her bio and start a thread.

Bridget works part-time as a cashier at the local hardware store. She’s paying her way through college, hoping to complete courses in Veterinary Science. She’s only had sex with one person, a man she met her first year of college, who told her everything she wanted to hear. Eventually, she caught him in bed with another woman, one she felt was sexier than her.

She now has found herself stuck in a rut. Business goes on as usual. She works, and studies, dismisses offers to go to clubs with others and ignores compliments given to her by several classmates. She’s turned down dates and sees herself as nothing more than another woman that is destined to be alone.

Bridget is suffering from depression as she begins to look at herself and compare her body, slightly heavy to other more skinner women. Friends are seeing this, but she’s waved off their warnings and their words of concern. Caffeine and cigarettes are quickly becoming her friends and alcohol isn’t too far behind.
