(OOC) Casting Call for The War for Power

We already have two females and two males. I would like to add another four females and males to the thread.


These are the characters I already have.

Name: Taybor
Race: Vampyr
Age: 498 but looks 24
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 175 (all muscle)
Hair: Chestnut Brown ( Long down past her ass)
Eyes: Violet (When transformed they are Cobalt Blue)

Name: Masume
Age: 683 looks not a day over 20
Height: 5' 5"
Weight: 132
Hair: Midnight Black with a few hot pink streaks
Eyes: Hazel with green specks

Name:Colstan
Race: Priest of the Kaballa
Age: 30
Height: over 6 feet tall
Weight:
Hair: Bald
Eyes: Black

Name - Goaran
Age - Unkown and unable to tell
Background - Goaran was turned. He wasnt turned by vampire or lychen though. He was turned by a sorceror. He was turned into what he was today, and abomination.

So Please submit your character information here and then start typing in the thread. I only have a few rules that I would like to have followed. I do not wish to have blood shead in the first few posts or have anything sexual happen yet also.

This is because I would like the characters to join together in friendship first to start their team before we break into the killing and kinky sex that I have envisioned.

Okay since no one in the first try for "The War for Power" didn't go so well. There is now a second try going on. I have posted the things from the first thread that I want in the second one.

From now on the only way that you will be allowed to post into the "The War for Power (The 2nd Try)" Is if you message me with your character and what it is that you would like to do and then this way I can tell you what I would like to overall thread to become.

If I say yes to you. You will then post your character in here. Then you will be allowed to post in the thread. This is what has to be done to become part of my thread. I know you might think that I am being a bit mean about this but I did not like how people where treating my thread and taking my thread into a direction that I did not want it to go into.

We still have the same characters from before but we no longer have Masume with us as far as I know. But if she wishes to still post she is more then welcome to.

That is perfectly fine. I had planned on having some human in the mix. So just post your character info and then you can join in on the fun.

I did not mean to intrude on your thread. When I joined in, this OCC thread was not within the first three pages. I did not check further. The rules say that you can/may join in as long as it is not stated that you cannot in the thread. That was not the case, so I joined.
This is what you posted in the War for Power thread:
"This thread is about the war for power between the humans, vampires, and lycan (warewolves). Anyone is welcome to join but please note that I do not wish to have to much blood shead and that for the first few posts I do not wish to have the introduction of sex yet. From this I could not deduce that there was a thread where I have to anounce that I wish to join.

I kept to these rules. And was pretty much willing to respond to the situation. Heck, that was how the character was created (as something dangerous in the alley) just to keep true to the story.

No PM was send that I was not wanted, so I continued to post.

I DID NOT MEAN TO RUIN YOUR STORY. I AM SORRY IF I DID.
But I'm also sorry that you did respond in this matter.

In a way I'm pretty dissapointed, because this had a potential even as a free for all. All you had to do is act as a Gamemaster and drop in to give some guidelines to get this story into the direction you wanted. So be it. Cant be helped. I wish you ... well, some kind of fun anyway.

Well I guess that I thought that people would be kind enough to pm me to make sure that it would okay but I guess that that is not the case. And the way that the thread was going was not how I wanted it. So I guess what I ment to say is that I would like to for people to see how I wished for my thread to go. I guess I was wrong in thinking that people would think about where a person wanted there thread to go.

All of this could have been avoided with just one or two additional sentences in your intro. Something like : "If you're interested PM me, and I'll tell you more."

or "I have specific ideas about this thread and the dicrection it will go. Please, PM me so I can tell you more and incorporate you in my story."

Chalk it up to inexperience. But if you want everybody to play by the rules, you should read the basic rules yourself (stickied), and then post your own rules. In a matter so that nobody has to "guess" what you thought.
